B&K Hexagon Shelves

The wall behind our couch has been unbearably bare for a while now, which is a pretty strange occurrence in my life. You see, I have so many photos and pieces of art so the walls of anywhere I stay generally don’t have a single inch of bare paint. When we moved into our new space, I loved that we had these long, clean walls in our new lounge, and I decided to leave this particular one free until I’d found something special.

Having spent waaaay to much time on Pinterest, I fell in love with the angular shelves that are so popular at the moment, so when I found these hexagonal ones on Superbalist, I decided they’d be perfect for that wall. We got two sets in ‘Natural’ and they were super easy to put up. Including the time we took to measure and place the shelves, they were all up and holding our favourite things within 30 minutes – so simples.

They’re made by B&K Design and Decor, who make some really incredible stuff – I’m definitely investing in one of their peg boards soon.

For now we’re just using them for some little keepsakes, which I think looks fab. When I finally get around to unpacking some of my boxes (upon boxes, upon boxes) of books, I’ll definitely stick some more of the little ones up on the hexagon shelves too.

You can buy these on Superbalist in Natural, Black, and White for R599.

What do you think?
